Delivery Method: All orders are delivered directly from Krish Vedic Farm to your doorstep.

Delivery Area: We currently deliver within selected areas of Bengaluru and nearby locations. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Schedule:

• Orders are delivered on fixed delivery days based on harvest and delivery routes. Vegetables and fruits are mostly harvested every Wednesday and Saturday, and orders are delivered accordingly to ensure maximum freshness.

• You will be informed of the delivery day after placing your order

• Vegetables are handpicked, cleaned, and packed carefully

• Packed in breathable, eco-friendly packaging where possible

• No cold storage is used — produce comes fresh from the farm

Important Note:As we deal with fresh, perishable produce, timely delivery depends on harvest conditions, weather, and logistics. Minor delays may occur, and we appreciate your understanding.

Farming Method: Cultivated using traditional organic inputs such as compost, cow dung manure, gomutra-based bio-fertilisers, and natural soil enrichment. No synthetic pesticides or chemicals are used.

Appearance: As the produce is grown naturally, minor surface marks, small cuts, or variations in size and shape may be present. These are normal and do not affect taste or freshness.

Freshness: Harvested in small batches and delivered fresh directly from our farm. No cold storage is used.

Taste & Quality: Fresh, natural flavour with authentic farm-grown taste.

Care & Storage:

• Wash thoroughly before use

• Store refrigerated unless mentioned otherwise

At Krish Vedic Farm, our vegetables are grown naturally without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Because of this, it is normal to occasionally see minor surface marks, small wounds, or natural imperfections on the vegetables. These do not affect freshness or taste and are a natural part of chemical-free farming.

Refunds / replacements will be provided only if:

• Vegetables are rotten at the time of delivery

• Worms or infestation are observed

• Incorrect or missing items are delivered

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos for verification.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Minor surface marks, cuts, or natural blemishes

• Shape, size, or colour variations

• Taste preferences

• Issues reported after 24 hours

• Improper storage after delivery
