Farming Method: Cultivated using traditional organic inputs such as compost, cow dung manure, gomutra-based bio-fertilisers, and natural soil enrichment. No synthetic pesticides or chemicals are used.

Appearance: As the produce is grown naturally, minor surface marks, small cuts, or variations in size and shape may be present. These are normal and do not affect taste or freshness.

Freshness: Harvested in small batches and delivered fresh directly from our farm. No cold storage is used.

Refunds / replacements will be provided only if:

• Vegetables are rotten at the time of delivery

• Worms or infestation are observed

• Incorrect or missing items are delivered

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos for verification.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Minor surface marks, cuts, or natural blemishes

• Shape, size, or colour variations

• Taste preferences

• Issues reported after 24 hours

• Improper storage after delivery
